What is your delivery charge?
Delivery and collection is included in our hire rates so there are no extra fees.
Do you require a deposit?
No deposit is required for CPM rental
How do I pay for my rental?
We require payment via credit or debit card prior to the rental period via our payment portal
Can I extend my hire period?
You can extend your hire period at the end of your hire.
Is the machine noisy to operate?
Our CPM Machines are calibrated and sterilised after every hire to ensure smooth & quiet operation.
Do you supply bed fixing kits?
We do not supply soft goods or bed fixing kits.
How do I return the machine to you?
We will contact you at the end of the hire period to arrange a suitable day mon-fri for collection where you will receive a 1 hour collection slot
Where will you deliver to?
Our hire products are only available to customers in mainland UK.
When will I receive my machine?
Order a machine before 2pm Mon-Thu and it will be delivered by courier the next working day.
