Holiday Opening Hours

For delivery before Christmas orders must be placed before 1pm Friday 19th December.

Please see our Christmas and New Year order dispatch and closure dates below.

Friday 19th Dec: 1pm cut off for last deliveries before Christmas
Tuesday 23rd Dec: 9 - 5pm
Wednesday 24th Dec: 9 - 12pm
Thursday 25th Dec - Thursday 1st Jan: Closed
Friday 2nd Jan: 9 - 5pm

Delivery

Delivery to the UK mainland is free on all orders over £100.00 (excl. VAT) but we reserve the right to charge carriage on larger items, for example couches, exercise weights, trolleys, treadmills. Please contact us for details.

Standard mainland UK delivery charge of £8.50 (excl. VAT) will be added to orders with a value of less than £100.00 (excl. VAT).

Returns

All products will be refunded in full provided that they are returned to us unopened and in a re-saleable condition.

Items returned under the 28-day returns guarantee:
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within 28 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of any additional delivery service provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Please contact us to request a return number on (+44) 0115 965 6634 or email sales@physiosupplies.co.uk. When contacting us we require your invoice number (can be found on the invoice sent with your order) and your order number (if you ordered via our website). Returns must be clearly marked with the return number (if obtained), your full name, address, and invoice number. This will enable us to identify the goods.

Once you have been allocated a returns number - simply follow the instructions on the returns form that has been supplied with your delivery.

All items must be returned to us using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.

Please note that if you wish to return a purchased item - then it must be returned to us in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

All products that are returned to us in an unopened and re-saleable condition will be refunded in full.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment of payment originally used for purchase within 3 weeks of receiving your return.

Exchanging An Item:

If you have ordered an item incorrectly, then the item can only be exchanged providing the item is being exchanged for the same item but in a different size and is the same value. Items being exchanged must be returned in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Once we have received the item, we will then exchange it for you. Unfortunately, we cannot send any exchange item out until the original item has been returned to us. All items must be returned to us using your own courier/postal service. We recommend that you use a 'special delivery' or 'signed for' service to ensure that you can track the parcel.
