Tensoplast is an elastic adhesive bandage which provides strong compression and long-lasting support. It is made of 100% white cotton fabric, is water-repellent, easy to unwind and coated with a dry natural rubber adhesive for excellent initial and long-term adhesion.
Tensoplast is ideal for compression strapping and taping of soft tissue injuries such as sprains and strains. It is also suitable for use in stabilising joints, both for injury prevention and after cast removal. It is not suitable for use on patients with a known intolerance to latex.
